In purchasing firearms and accessories, the Buyer affirms that they have checked all state & local laws relating to the purchase of the product and are legally allowed to purchase & own it in their state/county/city/etc.
All Sales Final. No Refunds or Exchanges.
For firearm purchases, we accept USPS Money Orders, Visa, Master card, Discover & American Express. Credit Cards are charged a 4% fee. We do not accept checks. In office transactions may be made by appointment with cash or credit card (6.7% tax added to Colorado purchases).
All Firearm sales require a successful Background Check.
Firearms can ONLY be picked up in person at our location with a valid Colorado ID (with correct address) or shipped to another Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). Contact us with your local FFL's information and we will contact them. Buyer also understands & affirms that they will be charged additional fees by their FFL including but not limited to: Transfer, Background Check. Check with your FFL about these fees before purchasing the firearm.
